Semi flexible schedule makes a little easier to manage your personal life around your work schedule! There is the ability to work from home for some positions

Cons

Lack of concern for employee retention. Employees are made to feel expendable by management. Management's inability to take suggestions from employees on process improvements. Sweat shop mantality more concerned with numbers and less with quality work

Great training program and benefits for new managers. The recruiters need better training.

Cons

The recruiter called and emailed me four times in one week. We scheduled a face to face interview. When I arrived, the front desk could not find the recruiter. They finally found him. I interviewed and never heard from him again. I emailed asking for a status, and he ignored the email. Completely unprofessional.

This is my second go around c Parallon. The money is hard to give up - $42.50 days for agency RN. You have to know what you are doing and be self-motivated. No management - I mean totally zero. You work through an 800# kinda thing.

Cons

They took $1 an hour away. You can get it back if you work over-time-500 hours in a quarter. Flexibility - you have to self-schedule and get cancelled around 4 am regularly. Then called at 4 am on weekends because they need help. Nothing guaranteed hour wise. Zero benefits.
