Pros
There are some pros, like the benefits and pay was okay. General overview training for computer programs was through and detailed.
Cons
Highly skilled and educated people were put in the same departments and positions with people who have never done anything healthcare related before. Management holds everyone to the same standard which is not fair for newer employees. The overall computer system training was very detailed, but really no detailed training once in department. The sink or swim approach is not going to keep people wanting to come back. Several people have been frustrated and even walked out. Also too many people trying to use the printers and copiers which are a joke when they have not broken down or constantly keep jamming.
