-decent benefits -work from home opportunities -casual days -connected to HCA -seems like leadership is trying to do a better job -work-life balance

Cons

-does leadership really know what's going on? high turnover, low morale -some managers/directors seem clueless - asking employees for advice and how to do things -want educated people but pay doesn't match up -facilities are dated and depressing -keeps on taking more business but still stingy -lame bonuses and incentives

The hours were consistent, good benefits, no weekends and rather easy job

Cons

Went through 4 bosses in 7 years, some were,for lack of a better word,stupid. No promotions from within(even though it is stated), dealing with some unruly employees added to stress when management ignored constant issues

Good benefits and enjoyed the leadership seminars

Cons

The training was not good for new managers which made the job difficult. High turnover for managers and staff which meant everyone was overworked and stressed. The pay is lower than other hospitals and its hard to get help from others because there is no team work. Most of the higher up people was not friendly, rude and made you feel uncomfortable. I often felt picked on because I was younger and a minority.
