I love my co-workers. We all want to do our jobs well and make a difference.

Cons

No leadership, cost cuts lead to an anorexic organization (not lean), and middle management in desperate need of lightening up on the micro management. I know my job and I know how to do it very well, but there's no direction and the bureaucracies rival that of the government.

Most Co-Workers are hard working and very friendly. It's a quiet place if you like that sort of thing. Monthly Perks include the company buying lunch

Cons

Things here are quite disorganized and hectic. Some of the higher ups tend to be very discouraging in their attitudes Very sterile place, not much room for self expression or growth The pay tends to be on the lower side
