If you want to lose weight and stay in shape, this is the place to work. Expect to be closely supervised by multiple people.

Cons

Hard labor, long hours, no breaks and no chairs. Insufficient training for required work functions. Too many supervisors that just sit.

Great place to feel good about helping those in need (hospital support). Work with others that are passionate about serving those in need.

Cons

Fear based management style with unethical practices. No consideration for personal life/time off. No opportunity to share ideas or suggestions. Salaries are not consistent and unfair, below local market value.
