Great local CFO Good business model hard working employees - especially warehouse subsidiary of successful hospital chain

Cons

CEO - local and division employee morale and recognition Didn't recognize the internal problems - jumped too quickly into offering service to clients - there were too many issues internally to offer our "expertise" to clients paying for the service

The company has lots of untapped potential but lack leadership and unity among business groups

Cons

The senior management team in the business performance group has created work silos and a general sense of distrust. There is extremely low employee moral and a complete lack of top down communication from the business performance group leadership. There has been significant turnover yet senior management denies moral and culture issues throughout.

My manager is very understanding about family and work balance and wherever possible accommodates this balance. I an usually able to shift my hours to attend family obligations as long as I get my hours.
