It was a stable company and there were some really nice people that worked there.

Cons

Senior managers and directors were very unethical and were allowed to treat people any way they wanted.

If time have education opportunities Great opportunity to get C-Level title (6 level of CEOs, everyone seems to have a C-title, like financial industry where everyone is a Vice President.)

Cons

Very poor benefits. Surprising since major healthcare company. Benefits can vary depending upon area of organization for similar job Not respectable to employees.
