Good tuition reimbursement policy, benefits were descent, some good co-workers, and pay was competitive. Fast career advanancement for some

Cons

Weak mgmt in IT. Back biting and snitchers you had to watch your back. Promotions are rare. Too many changes all at once made life/work balance stressful.

People were friendly, company supported education, good opportunity for advancement. Employees were treated well and appreciated, schedules were flexibe. Overall, a good place to work.

Cons

The only possible down side to working for HCA was the continual stress of constant audits and production standard which were high and monitored on a weekly basis.
