sometimes long hours, working holidays, tight deadlines, tight close schedule, reorganizations, too much workload under tight deadlines, training not always the best

Pros

People were friendly, company supported education, good opportunity for advancement. Employees were treated well and appreciated, schedules were flexibe. Overall, a good place to work.

Cons

The only possible down side to working for HCA was the continual stress of constant audits and production standard which were high and monitored on a weekly basis.

Work managers to death for little pay and never keep their word. They promise the stars & moon but it never happens. They are not patient advocates but all about the money.
