The people are smart, professional, and fun. They know how to balance work and play, and they have a great sense of humor. They are easy to work with and are incredibly skilled at what they do.

Cons

Work can sometimes spill into personal time, but it's fulfilling and satisfying, so intrusion isn't a big concern.

In my short time so far at Parry Labs, I've had nothing but good experience. There are a wide range of experience here and a great fit for anyone looking to join. Everyone is very willing to help and great vibes all around. A lot of work is being done from the ground up so you will be contributing to the overall project.

They Care About Employee Retention and Happiness

I have been at the company for over 3 months now, coming from a larger defense company, and the difference is night and day. Parry labs definitely appreciates their employees much more than larger defense companies. They go out of their way to ensure employees are satisfied in their current role and team. They host multiple on site events to boost team moral. There are frequent 1 on 1s with team leads and managers to make sure everyone is on track and is content in their role. So far the project and team I am supporting is interesting and I am learning a lot. Unlimited PTO is always a plus :)

Cons

While growing, Parry Labs is a smaller company so there are not as many programs to choose from. The higher ups are constantly looking for new projects/work so this may improve.
