Freedom to explore ideas and actually get a chance to implement them. They trust the developers experience and don't hamstring them with "this is how we have always done it". The level of knowledge at this company is incredible.

Cons

It is all on you. We have a job to do just as those in the field.

Great Owners who give the Engineers and Managers more autonomy than any other place I've worked! Great technical peers who are focused on the trade space and capable of designing innovative state of the art solutions for hard problems, really exciting stuff begins and grows from this company!

Cons

Some of the consultants that came in to help the company on administrative overhead hurt programs by being incompetent and unable to efficacy work at a fast pace where attention to detail matter. Consultants attempted to slow down Parry Labs Engineers and Managers capacity to support the mission. Thank god they didn't stay around for long!!
