Pros

With certain positions come great opportunities, and with mine I get to travel and meet many of the great people who work for the organization. It will take time to completely immerse myself, but to see the different locations and how each one functions and thrives has been a great pleasure. The team I work with have been spectacular, and I look forward working alongside them all and watching the company grow and flourish.

Cons

We don't get to physically interact as often with remote employees, but we are working on ideas to include them more in the future.

Pros

Parry Labs has been an incredible experience for me. We have the ability to innovate for the Warfighter across a broad spectrum of weapon systems. There is a clear culture to get things done in a way that provides the most value to our customers and I feel appreciated for my contributions to the team. It’s often times unclear what a company’s mission is but that is not the case at Parry. We break vendor lock We provide software that’s open and agile We provide innovative hardware when it’s required for the mission We integrate best of breed capabilities using our deep bench of domain experts

Cons

Parry needs more corporate processes and infrastructure for day to day non-work information. It’s actively being worked.
