Organization really values and cares about the communities they serve. Overall the organization employs really great people.

Cons

Depending on your team, there is very little professional development. Salary equity is a major issue, no clear checks and balances for upper management, and constant heavy workload. Filing complaints within HR is a very exhaustive process and ultimately does not lead to much action just conversation. Due to many teams being small you are ultimately in a very awkward position when speaking to HR and are given standard answers which are not the most beneficial to creating lasting change within the organization.
