Thanks for your review. We think our people are pretty great too! We know that parking is tight, that appears to be the trade-off for fast growth. Have you tried parking in the off-site parking lot? It’s only a couple of minutes away from the building and there is a shuttle that runs throughout the day. There are plenty of parking spots available there, we recommend you give it a try! We have a lot of team members move into new roles internally every month, sometimes the move is a promotion and at times it’s a lateral move depending on what role the team member is coming from. We care about our team and strive to put our best foot forward to ensure our pay is aligned internally and with the external market data. Pros

Good environment for those who fit the culture, friendly atmosphere. Good benefits for full time employees.

Cons

Poor management at the supervisory level. A lot of pressure to hit meaningless goals, if you hit them or not it doesn't matter. Favoritism does exist. Employees are selectively chosen to be cross trained or chosen for certain roles in the company whether they fit the qualifications or not. Several supervisors in the DC are incompetent, however mid to upper management is more knowledgeable. Not the best job for a hard worker. Not much takeaways from the job.
