Horrible inept management throughout. Unrealistic goals. No job security.

Positive experience Good People Fun environment Red walls and new office is cool Fitness Center Profit Sharing Growth & Movement Fun activities and ability to give back

Cons

So much fast growth sometimes hard to "keep up" You have to not be afraid to jump into the trenches, which can be fun but not for everyone
