Pros

Good work environment that has a non-corporate feel. I like that the physical environment reflects the culture. It's open, red walls, cool branding, game room, fitness center, library. There is little red tape which makes it easy to make an impact quickly.

Cons

The culture isn't for everyone, especially if you're used to working in an environment that has alot of red tap and "layers". Because of this at PT you have to be able to navigate the company and team to find what you need but people are so helpful.

A verify relaxed environment that allows for maximum creativity Your input and ideas are valued and rewarded Great benefits package that evolves based on your own feedback Leadership is approachable and keep and open-door policy Everyone here wants to WIN!

Cons

The culture can be a shock to some people its not for everyone but its is for the right one.
