If you can come in and show your value, believe in the core values, and embrace the culture your career can really grow. Promotions aren't handed out, you truely have to work hard - but if you're a high performer the leadership team is willing to take a chance on you in a new position. You don't dread coming to work and really enjoy the people you're working with.
Cons
This type of culture isn't for everyone. We're a growing team but it seems like leadership and managers try their best to keep a family feel. If you're used to a red taped, corporate culture you won't enjoy it here. Our leadership team certainly has a vision but things are done thinking "outside of the box" so you learn quickly to embrace change.
