Great people, poor pay

Pros

The environment is fun and filled with great people. Many great offerings such as an on-site gym, employee appreciation events and community involvement. A good stepping-stone company.

Cons

Management is overpaid and employees are underpaid and unhappy. High turnover. Goals set to earn your bonus are unattainable. High cost medical coverage. No career development plan. Many clicks within the company. This also includes management and the HR/Talent Dept.

We take a lot of pride in taking care of our team and feel fortunate to be able to offer other earning opportunities like quarterly profit sharing. Amenities for employees, gym, game room,etc..

Cons

No time to even use the nice amenities. No time to even go to the bathroom... poor training.
