Disrespectful behavior top to bottom

Pros

They try to act like a professional corporate environment in an attempt to walk the walk but then proceed to warn you that everyone uses foul language on a daily basis, back stabbing and sexually harassing techniques to try to intimidate you. I am looking to get out of this place as quickly as I can. They have a few charitable events per year I question how much self esteem you could have and continue to work here

Cons

They ask you how much you are making currently and that is how much they offer you for a new role. Managers advance exclusively by being yes men and women. Upper management send out internal and external correspondence with spelling and grammatical errors. They blame their customers for their bad behavior implying they are uneducated, blue collar morons and incapable of doing business more professionally?!

Best Company I've Worked At In Years!

Pros

Parts Town is a high energy, high growth business with great people who are passionate about what we do. We have great values (Integrity, Passion, Courage & Innovation) that most people can easily recite – and that’s because we live these values every day. We treat our customers and manufacturer partners with respect, make corrections when we are wrong, and are always trying to improve. Work life balance is good. Benefits are good but not great. Paid time off is adequate to start and generous once you’ve been here a few years. Overall, this is a company that demands a lot, but if you’ve got energy and passion for improvement and growth, this is a great place to be!

Cons

The office can be noisy at times with so many people in a concentrated space all talking on the phone to customers all day long. Also, training could be improved – not necessarily the initial orientation training, but it would be good to have more “refresher” courses available to new (and “old”) team members. Once people have been here a while, they will have a much better idea of what they really need to know and what they don’t know but need to.

Pros

OK benefits for a small company Has potential but is being run by people who have no vision

Cons

They make many idle promises that are not kept There is no HR or corporate structure or consistency Integrity is preached but not practiced 90% of upper management has no credentials and are completely inept I have worked with more qualified people when I was 16 and at McDonalds Company is more concerned with quantity and not quality overall When asked by about working here, I tell people they should not even consider it
