Pros

Company has good workers. Environment is relaxed but sometimes to relaxed.

Cons

Management in accounting is not people oriented and not willing to communicate in a professional manner. Upper management to worried about talking all day about personal stuff. Lack of respect for for workers, they are treated like sub humans! I tried to get a manager to help me several times and she was too busy talking personal stuff with other staff.

not many!! Great group of people to work with. the pay is good if you work hard a build a foundation in the beginning. Average vacation and benefits package.

Cons

Always changing without fixing existing problems, unrealistic quota that is based on nothing, unrealistic idea of growth, moving toward being an "Amazon like" buying experience, finance department is behind the times and support staff could be loads better, no department except for sales is held accountable. Family owned business that has a lot of nepotism!!

Pros

I do not have many great things to say, but most of the people there are really cool and easy to get along with.

Cons

A company that pays based on a made up quota. This company takes a percentage out of their sales reps paychecks for not hitting this quota. They do not actually tell the rep what the quota is until there are only a couple of days left in the month. They are great about firing several employees every year about a week before Christmas. They have threatened the whole sales floor that they would be thrown out the window for not following the insane amount of absurd rules they have. The pay is well below industry standard.
