      Genuine Personal Connection: You’re not just another employee here. Leadership takes the time to understand your individual goals and challenges, offering personalized support and mentorship—something rare in today’s corporate world. Culture: While many companies have set values and a mission, this is one of the few that truly lives and breathes by them. All leaders and employees understand that we are nothing without our values, peers, and customers. Personal Development: PMPC hires leaders who encourage the growth and happiness of their employees. Management understands that personal development leads to the overall growth and innovation of the company. There are many programs in place to assist and develop employees, provided they are willing to engage. Innovation & Growth: There is never a "no." Management and peers encourage employees to think outside the box and break away from silos. Communication: Upper Management is transparent in many business affairs with the company; consistently asking for feedback.

      Cons

      Ambiguity: With such a fast-paced growing company it leaves quite a few gaps in the day-to-day work. Onboarding was slightly rough, but this company allows employees to thrive over time.

Building an environment where everyone feels understood and supported is a priority, so I’m glad that’s been your experience. I remember the tough points in your onboarding, and we didn’t handle that as well as we should have. While it’s not the norm, it’s still not acceptable, and we’ve made some changes as a result. Now that we’ve completed our compensation benchmarks, our next focus is creating a framework for career progression, growth, performance management, and being proactive in supporting our culture of feedback. This is a top priority for Marie’s team and the extended leadership team. Retention and career development are critical, and we’re working hard to strengthen these areas to better support the team and create clarity. This is a big lift, and it will take some time to build out fully. We’re committed to getting it right and aligning with our values, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and grace as we work through these improvements.       Great place to work, awesome and friendly people and colleagues. Very friendly management team, they listen to every employee and try to make everyone's life easier. They withhold their values and give back to the community, help charities, sponsor events and provide exceptional services and support to their customers.

      Honestly can't think of any. I'm very happy here.

      Pros

      Working at PMPC has been an incredible experience. This is undoubtedly the best role I have had. From the moment I joined, I have felt supported and trusted. PMPC leads with a people-first approach, demonstrating a lot of empathy and support for the wider teams and individuals. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home in your role. I am so glad that I took the opportunity to apply for this company and wish I had done it sooner. I have never encountered a company so generous and welcoming. They truly value and genuinely care for each person. They really invest their time on how they can improve, creating more structure and listening to feedback. Patch My PC is genuinely the best company I’ve worked for.

      Cons

      Functioning across multiple time zones can sometimes be challenging; which is understandable when operating in different countries - but I believe that the wider business generally has understanding if they do not hear back or get an immediate response due to time-zone differences. Additionally, I believe a feedback loop would be beneficial. Constructive feedback on area's that I am doing well in especially if someone is fairly new. Overall, PMPC is a fantastic company to work for, and I am grateful to be part of such a supportive and empathetic organization.
