Pros
The first thing that I say when people ask me about where I work, is not what we do, it's why we do it. And that why permeates every interaction I have been fortunate enough to have with such amazing people. I receive a constant stream of encouragement and support which helps me feel appreciated and valued in every daily activity and helps elevate the quality of my work. The uplifting nature of Patch My PC goes beyond just those on my marketing team and has been felt in every one-on-one interaction as well as in all of our group sessions. I am also thankful for the opportunity to be embedded in a culture that helps speed up my velocity for learning as each day I feel like I'm learning way more than I ever have before.
