      Pros

      Feels like a family: Leadership really cares about you, and it shows in the company’s core values. I have built some nice friendships from day one. Smart people, no micromanagement: Everyone brings their own expertise, and you learn something new in every conversation. Remote that actually works: The yearly retreat makes a big difference, meeting the team in person really adds real value! Giving back to the community: Contributing to something bigger than just a paycheck: Patch My PC supports that 100% and that's why Patch My PC was the perfect fit for me! Additional Benefits: Getting your paycheck is one thing... but the additional benefits Patch My Pc offers, is just excellent!

      Cons

      When thinking of the CONS... it's not really a CON but more something you need to beware off. With the people all working remotely, sometimes finding a proper time to meet up can be a challenge, but if you are aware of this you can easily adjust.

      Pros

      The company has its core values, and works hard to put them first in everything it does. Feedback is listened to and actioned where appropriate, and everyone is always happy to help when asked. Being able to express an interest in something and have your growth in that thing supported is fantastic.

      Best place I've ever worked

      Pros

      Great place to work, awesome and friendly people and colleagues. Very friendly management team, they listen to every employee and try to make everyone's life easier. They withhold their values and give back to the community, help charities, sponsor events and provide exceptional services and support to their customers.

      Cons

      Honestly can't think of any. I'm very happy here.
