Patch My PC is simply a fantastic place to work. I’ve been impressed repeatedly since I’ve started my position. Day to day work is sensible in terms of expectations, and the teams work together to build products and features to make our customers’ lives better. We are one team. Contrast this with other employers where sales/marketing sells something that doesn’t exist and then the engineering division is suddenly left to materialize a product in a short timeframe. I’ve interacted with people in all areas of the company and I have to say that these are consistently some of the most competent and friendly people I’ve ever worked with. The benefits are excellent and the company constantly demonstrates generosity in many surprising ways to both its own staff and external organizations. I won’t go into specifics since programs and policies can always change over time, but I will state that I’ve never felt such gratitude toward an employer. It’s all for one and one for all without the creepiness of a corporate cult.

In my short tenure here (approximately six months), I will tell you this: I have had a better working experience with this team than my entire tech career combined. From the top down and from product development to accounts, every interaction has been significant, reflecting the vision and values. Simply amazing.
