Pros

Really strong teamwork, fun job, work from home, a coffee shop or on the scene, lots of digital experience

Cons

Uncertainty of future constantly, building a site to just watch it become nothing now

Working 24/7 was never enough.

Pros

It started with great people and a great mission. The most ambitious colleagues I've ever worked with. Great benefits, training and support. At the beginning.

Cons

As time went on, expectations became unmanageable. The number of posts went up as resources went down. Expectations were high and then went higher. Working nights and weekends was an unspoken requirement. When the company was sold, layoffs came frequently. That was handled terribly.
