Pros

Great office, great co-workers. The company has a great value prop.

Cons

It has become less of a motivating engergized sales floor and more of a call center. The sales floor used to be a place of friendly competition, where you are motivated to be successful on your own terms, with little micro management. Now, employees are dropping like flies, goals are doubled, and there is always someone breathing down your neck. The people are great, but the atmosphere is negative.

Pros

Work from home, flexible hours

Cons

The new sales management is why I left this company. EXTREMELY high sales goals. If you don't reach your goals two months consecutively, you are FIRED. Only 10-15% of sales people met their goals.

Pros

Great product, great people. Readers love Patch and can't wait to tell you all about it. Benefits are great.

Cons

New sales management makes promises about new products to come but never deliver, yet goals still doubled and compensation stays the same.
