Pros

- The people there are amazing. Everyone was so friendly and passionate about what they were doing and willing to lend a hand when needed. - Fun office environment, - work hard, play hard type of attitude. - snacks at the office - AMAZING benefits package - equally great commission program - training week in NYC paid for by company - young people

Cons

- work gets repetitive - all the kinks of a start-up company, still pioneering the hyper-local news niche

Pros

High energy start-up environment with full financial backing (at the inception). Apple environment. Upper management was very transparent and communicative. Fun product. Supported the community through volunteer efforts and daily job activity.

Cons

Start-up environment with push to become profitable. Did not scale as originally projected. Many changes to the comp plan.
