Pros

Great product, once people know about it, people love it! This really is a cutting-edge, wave-of-the-future product. Arianna Huffington is a great addition and a great spokesperson for Patch! Warren Webster seems to sincerely believe in the product and care about the employees.

Cons

Not enough products to sell. No national advertising, so only a small percentage of people know about the site, eventhough the company is over 2 years old. Very little support from local managers. A LOT of hours for a small amount of money, even if you sell well-above quota. Difficult job if you're looking for work-life balance.

Pros

Great teammates who are mission oriented and self directed. Able to work remotely most of the time. Pay was decent but not great.

Cons

Weak leaders, bad strategy, poorly designed product. Things looked brighter under the former team, then they became the Temu of local news.
