Pros

- Friendly co-workers - Good pay (if you make goal) - They pay for your travel - they take you out to dinner - Work from home.

Cons

- Horrible business model - Sr. management has left the company (sales side) Google it. - Unreasonable sales goals that are hard to make. - Unprofessional HR when you really need help with something - Management operates behind your back - Information internally is not shared very well. - Questionable business practices to make goals.
