1) If someone is working there and update a naukri profile, they will come to know and no wonder next is meeting with his manager. 2) No open work culture for learning. 3) Micro management so every step is noted down. 4) No worklife balance

Good opportunities to show case one's talent. It's no more startup a company , well standards are being maintained

Has to be improved in middle-layer-management and managers. Salary and incentives are as same as normal IT services companies.

- Recommend for engineers who are crazy in squeezing the full capability of CPU/GPU through optimization and for engineers interested on embedded multimedia - Good team management by leads - Opportunity to learn lot details about Video and Audio codec - Larger HR team to help employee at any time - Friday snacks, Thursday special snacks is plus. - HR team organize lot of events and outing - Tech team conducts lot of tech sessions to improve our knowledge

- Its a service based company, no product designs - Lunch is not good to eat daily - Try to reduce cross functioning technical leads
