Pros

People are great, products make sense

Cons

Low pay for the industry. They can't deliver on the expectations that they promised to upper management. Layoffs already, more likely to follow.

Pros

Great opportunity to get into patient engagement as ACO's and PCMH see growth and activity. Good base pay but back end comp plan was weak. Solution looked good on paper but integrating with 3rd party EHR's made implementations rough.

Cons

Immature leadership and poor marketing. Was not able to leverage Parent Company, Healthy Advice Networks, install base and cross-sell.

Pros

They start you off with a nice base salary and commission structure to make you think you can achieve this goal.

Cons

Try selling a free product that no one wants. Also, add on top of that Managers who can't manage. Truly a waste of time being a part of this organization.
