Pros

Great leadership with a focus on improving patient health using creative techniques and unique services. Great colleagues and teammates, inspiring one another for continued success. Flexible work (remote/flex) with a focus on employee work/life balance and healthy habits when working from home. Competitive salaries given the skills and industry. Very exciting future ahead!

Cons

None to think of after 4 months of employment.

Pros

Competitive Compensation would be about the only thing

Cons

The company appears to be focused on positioning itself for acquisition, often at the expense of thoughtful decision-making. Upper management frequently makes choices without thorough analysis, and there’s a noticeable trend of hiring based on personal relationships rather than merit—often bringing in friends who are looking to rebound from past career setbacks.
