Pros

I started with Patientpoint as a contractor for 2.5 years before being converted to full time, which probably indicates how much I enjoy working at Patientpoint. I am a full time remote employee, which actually is the case for many of us, and it works really well. The work environment is great and I feel like my voice is heard and listened to.

Cons

We are all held accountable for the work that we commit to, so if you have a challenge working in that type of environment, Patientpoint may not be the place for you! If you are more of a solo player, then you might find working on a highly collaborative team to be difficult to get used to.

Thank you for your continued commitment to PatientPoint—and for sharing your journey from contractor to full-time teammate. That progression truly reflects the kind of long-term Career Growth & Development we aim to foster. We’re especially glad to hear that remote work has been successful for you and that you feel your voice is heard. That aligns closely with our Culture & Values—we want teammates to grow their careers here, take ownership of their work, and contribute meaningfully within a collaborative, accountable environment. We appreciate your perspective on accountability and teamwork as well. Our culture is built on shared ownership and partnership, and that creates real opportunities for growth and impact over time. Thank you for being such an important part of the PatientPoint team.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear aspects of your work have felt challenging, and we appreciate your honesty. We understand that major transitions — including our recent acquisition — can create uncertainty and contribute to shifting expectations. Change of this scale can feel difficult, and your feedback reinforces why clarity, consistency, and support are so important to our teammates. We are actively addressing several of the areas you mentioned. Our leadership team is also working closely with our new ownership group to establish a clear, long-term strategy allowing for better direction across the organization. We appreciate the dedication our teammates bring to the work we do, and we are committed to creating a stable, supportive, and engaging environment. If you would be open to sharing more about your experience, our Chief People Officer, Angie Hemmelgarn, welcomes the conversation at angie.hemmelgarn@patientpoint.com. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.
