Pros

Hybrid work schedule is great

Cons

Management is very out of touch with employees. They put on a great show, asking for feedback and transparency, but this is how they weed out anyone who expresses concerns with the culture and lack of training.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Growth is an important focus at PatientPoint, and we’ve celebrated over 40 internal promotions this past year. To support that growth, we’re launching a new manager training program for first-time people leaders and continuing to enhance development at all levels. Feedback like yours has also led to recent expansions in mental health benefits and flexible work options. We appreciate your perspective and your time with us.

Pros

Competitive Compensation would be about the only thing

Cons

The company appears to be focused on positioning itself for acquisition, often at the expense of thoughtful decision-making. Upper management frequently makes choices without thorough analysis, and there’s a noticeable trend of hiring based on personal relationships rather than merit—often bringing in friends who are looking to rebound from past career setbacks.

Thank you for your feedback and for being part of the PatientPoint team. We remain committed to sustainable growth and a values-driven hiring process. Referrals are one part of how we find great talent, but every candidate goes through structured interviews and is assessed against role-specific criteria. We appreciate your contributions and wish you continued success ahead.
