Management is great. Work life balance was good. Constant change and growth is good.

Cons

Stopped increases and retirement matching. No room for advancement. Above average employees get average raises back when they were offered. Above average employees get taken advantage of.

Pros

Coworker relationships are amazing and PTO is fair. HR is working hard to be a more inclusive company.

Cons

Where to start… -compensation is laughable -the workload and expectations are insane -asking for help/giving feedback gets you nowhere -no communication -you will ruin your car and the “mileage reimbursement” is now a complete joke -management offers no feedback unless you aren’t hitting their numbers -management will tell you what you need to hear in order to bite your tongue for a little longer -expectations change weekly -everything is a #1 priority …you get the gist.
