Pros

Great employees and the chance to work with some of the best and brightest. Company is well respected and able to compete with much larger players. President walks the talk when it comes to doing the right thing and treating employees with respect. Learning opportunities abound for those willing to take advantage. Fun social events, very active Young Professionals Group

Cons

Great engineers don't always make great managers. Be quicker to replace weak managers with strong leaders. Pay is competitive for engineering positions, but benefits could be better.

Pros

I have been exposed to a wide variety of work, and have seen my work translate into design-build construction, built by Patrick's construction team. Patrick has some great programs for employees such as Project Management training, an active Young Professionals group, regular Lunch and Learns, and a variety of company events throughout the year. I have found the people at all levels to be great to work with. We are busy, and I am never board.

Cons

None really. Patrick's benefits are only average, but I have been given flex time on a few occasions, and the compensation seems to be a bit above market, so it balances out.

Pros

Great people to work with to work with on a daily basis.

Cons

Those who put in their heart and soul will be discovered and shown to the door. If you like to skate by with a mediocre performance you may just have found your new parking place. The company is on an elusive hunt for leaders, no meaningful description of a leader had ever been provided.
