Pros

CARING people, POSITIVE atmosphere, ENDLESS opportunities if you want them! You do have to TAKE INITIATIVE, though, and not wait for PERMISSION. The CULTURE is improving.

Cons

Leadership turnover is frequent, but understandable.

Pros

I've been with Patrick for over 8 years and have been continually put in interesting and rewarding roles that suit my talents and passions. Though a smaller firm, it really packs a punch with the intelligent and "out of the box" thinkers. Through various times of change, they've always stayed to true to main core values of "Smart People. Bright Ideas. Powerful Results.". There is a mutual trust and loyalty with my managers, which I had not experienced at previous employers. Compensation and opportunities have been great. My experience is very different than the negative reviews on here, so much so that I created an account to write this.

Cons

Client diversification could be better. A little more communication regarding future direction and/or staff changes. However, Patrick is very self-aware. The cons are recognized and efforts are made to change for the better of its people/product and their clients.

Gossip, backbiting, horrible culture

Pros

Amazing people that have been beaten by the CEO's system and have accepted their fate. There's so much crap, it's hard to remember anything positive

Cons

Management was horrible, they don't realize what's going on at the company. Gossip, backbiting, horrible culture. The CEO was the worst, he had no clue and don't care about his people, all he cared about was money. The management didn't even understand their own moral code or political beliefs, they were so ignorant to what's happening inside and outside the company.
