Cons

Below average benefits (vacation and 401(k) match specifically), no incentive to work extra hours even though management preaches as such, occasional micro-management, no desire to keep up with technology

Work on a variety of projects, work with lots of different people and diverse clients, great relationships built between coworkers, very supportive and helpful

Cons

No overtime pay, unclear bonus system, does not recognize employees for the extra work they put in, benefits poorer than average, too much upper management, high employee turnover

Cons

Those who put in their heart and soul will be discovered and shown to the door. If you like to skate by with a mediocre performance you may just have found your new parking place. The company is on an elusive hunt for leaders, no meaningful description of a leader had ever been provided.
