$1 Healthcare! Great incentives! Rewards for being top company, fun filled weeks like Customer Service Week, and great benefits. Work/life balance exists. Always growing, always learning!

Cons

Strict schedule of 8-5. Traffic is bad in the mornings. Have to work 10-7 sometimes.

Paycom is a fast growing company with plenty of opportunities for advancement. I love the fast-paced, high energy, ever-changing environment. The opportunity for personal and professional growth is unlike any other company I have worked for. Paycom invests in its employees and its evident in the work hard, play hard culture. Pros

I have never worked for a company that valued their employees like Paycom does. There are many perks, great health care, wonderful people, but that isn't what makes me want to continue working at Paycom. I have been able to grow my career and learn from great leaders. I am now able to take that knowledge and help further other employees careers. I truly enjoy working at Paycom and do not see myself doing anything else. I highly recommend this company if you want to grow personally and professionally!
