Overall spirited, hard-working ethos that defines the culture. Objective compensation plans. Growth opportunities. Useful benefits package that continuously improves and has some underappreciated components. Opportunity to learn skills/utilities that are pertinent to career growth both at Paycom and on the outside. Opportunity to make lasting contributions to a big company.

Cons

Work-Life balance, particularly for individuals with young families. Disorganization due to rapid-growth. Overload/being stretched thin. Expensive health insurance for families.

Challenging but rewarding

Pros

Great growth potential. Good benefits. Good compensation. This job is difficult, but if you’re looking for something that challenges you every day and pushes you to be better both personally and professionally, then there is no better place for you to be.

Cons

I already listed this as a pro, but this job is challenging. If you want an easy 8-5 this is not the place for you. The busy seasons can also make it harder to keep an easy work-life balance, but those are spaced out fairly well and can be managed ahead of time to mitigate the amount of overtime needed to stay on top of deadlines.
