Pros

Great employee benefits and culture.

Cons

Work-life balance is horrible. Understaffed, the higher you go in rank the more you are overworked.

Pros

I worked at Paycom for 6 months before I had to quit to move out of state. During my time with Paycom they were still fully remote from the pandemic and while it was difficult to quickly learn the job I felt that they tried their best to ensure the success of new employees. I really enjoyed my team leader and the other team leaders that I interacted with during my short tenure.

Cons

I wish I had been able to stay on and be fully remote through my move. Even though I had been fully remote (everyone was at the time), they went back to in-office work right before I was moving out of state and decided to not allow anyone to continue with remote work.
