- The L&D department goes over and beyond any expectations. Orientation and training are very thorough, engaging, and surprisingly fun. - Lots of food options are provided in the break rooms and the multiple cafés at very low rates. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. - Super organized online systems, it's so easy to find anything and get your questions answered. - Crazy affordable healthcare ($1/paycheck for a single person insured) - Pretty good benefits - Personal Observance Holiday available (16 hours/year)

Cons

- Traffic is the WORST when getting in/out from 7:45-8:15 am and 4:45-5:15 pm - Cubicle farms - Not even your own cubicle, you get an L-shaped desk, 2 monitors, and a filing cabinet inside a large cubical pod...where there are 9-10 other people, including your supervisor - Fluorescent evil eye breaking you down
