We're glad to hear that you formed meaningful connections with your team members and appreciated our competitive compensation. We understand that our environment may not be the best fit for everyone, however, we trust that being on campus unites our teams by providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Pros

Decent pay for a low-end position.

Cons

Micromanaged daily and most managers have no idea what they are doing. You ask a question and you can tell they don't know the answer. Some managers don't know how to do the job and they are no help, but when the team fails they blame you instead of taking ownership of their lack of knowledge and inability to teach new hires. All positions require "training" that doesn't benefit you nor does it help with the position you work in. Overall toxic work environment. They will also take down reviews so good luck finding bad ones.

Pros

SOME of the people are nice. Gym on-site is nice.

Cons

You get some training but when you are going in for specialized training for working of the software you get next to none. Things change so rapidly that you can't get a handle on what needs to be done. If you have opposing ideas they will single you out. Think of you as a problem. Too high expectations on what needs to be done. Example they have a bare minimum of defects and bugs to find. If you find the minimum they tell you that you are not doing enough. The PTO time changed rapidly. TL don't seem to care if you are struggling. They will tell you to do one thing then turn around and tell you that it is now incorrect. If you are. Not going to a part of their culture you are not welcomed.
