High turnover, those that survive make a lot of money.

Business Outlook

Pros

Benefits are good, and pay can be good if you level up. You can move up if you perform. The business is constantly growing.

Cons

Feels like a churn and burn, indecisive upper management, constant restructuring, pay raises and promotions withheld with no timeline. Negative morale. The job just doesn't feel stable sometimes. No work from home at all even though it's possible to do the entire job remotely.

Business Outlook

Pros

Paycom values employee involvement not only internally but in our community. I have been a part of multiple charity events that have impacted our community. Internally we have many opportunities to connect leadership to improve processes and the future of the department and company. Our leadership heard the employees and made changes to increase our ability to complete our job successfully, service our clients, and increase department moral. -Training and learning is highly valued went from online to in person -Pay increase to match the level of work that this job does require -Opportunities for growth was increased and reconfigured, there are multiple levels for just our role to grow in but also leadership opportunities

Cons

Highs and lows of daily stresses like every job. Does require a lot of training but Paycom is dedicated to the learning process and the success of the employees.
