Pros

I have worked at Paycom for 5+ years and have enjoyed every minute! It's a great family and a positive atmosphere. I have witnessed much growth for sales and service associates alike. It's amazing to watch them become amazing representatives for the company. We have great benefits, a gym (with basketball courts, ping pong tables, exercise equipment, bootcamp, Zumba and yoga), $1 healthcare and catered lunches with a healthy option for a great cost.

Cons

traffic coming in and leaving campus

Pros

$1 healthcare is cool. So are the $4 lunches. You make some fun friends there too.

Cons

Where do I start? Well.... the management and supervisors have a really fun way of motivating you....if you aren't doing well....they will threaten to fire you. You can't keep up with your work because of how high the turnover rate is so sure you have a work/life balance....work/life as in you live at work with the amount of overtime. Rarely do you get a "hey, you're doing a good job! keep it up!" so if you're someone who needs motivation to get your work done...look elsewhere. The reason there are so many positive reviews, is because they make you write a positive review when you start working here (they will say on here that they don't, but they do). They cover all the flaws up with gifts and big events to keep employees "satisfied". Only a couple departments get adequate training, the rest of the departments are a "sink or swim" kind of department.

We invite our employees to tell others about working at Paycom in many formats, one of which is sending invitations directly from Glassdoor. It has been communicated to managers and supervisors that the Glassdoor invitations are both voluntary and anonymous. If you were asked to leave a positive review, we hope you addressed this with human resources in your exit interview. Second, we are proud that we do have so many employees that are both happy and thriving at Paycom. We are continuously evaluating and improving our training programs and will be sure to communicate your feedback to the management team.
