Paycom does a great job creating a fun and inclusive culture while also maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Although we are a large company, I always feel supported on an individual level - our leaders really do care about our personal and professional growth. Great benefits, pto, and fun perks in between.

Cons

Pay and growth opportunities for admins leave something to be desired.

Best Decision Ever to Work at Paycom

Pros

Extremely structured, clear path to how to get promotions and raises that is fair across the board for everyone. They treat employees like gold.

Cons

This job is very hard to be new at as there is a ton iof inofrmation to learn. The training department does an amazing job training in the amount of time they are given, but as many things as you have to be good at for this job NCS specialist could probably use an addl 1-2 weeks more of specialized training instead of product training which is helpful, but covered at a much more detailed level than what is necessary for the job.
