Best Decision Ever to Work at Paycom

Pros

Extremely structured, clear path to how to get promotions and raises that is fair across the board for everyone. They treat employees like gold.

Cons

This job is very hard to be new at as there is a ton iof inofrmation to learn. The training department does an amazing job training in the amount of time they are given, but as many things as you have to be good at for this job NCS specialist could probably use an addl 1-2 weeks more of specialized training instead of product training which is helpful, but covered at a much more detailed level than what is necessary for the job.

I have worked at Paycom around 8 months. I have not regretted the change I made to come here for one second. The leadership is fantastic and the teamwork and support is amazing. Paycom cares tremendously about the service they provide to clients. Most projects start or end with how will this be for the customer experience or how can we make a better experience for our clients. It is really amazing to come to work everyday to a company that cares so much for its employees and clients.

Cons

So much food! We eat all the time, so if that is a con, I'll take it! I can't think of anything that that I dislike about going to work
