      Pros

      The overall experience has been one that is head and shoulders beyond anything I have ever experienced. I learned more about sales in one week of training than I did in 5 years of college. The employees are helpful and carry themselves as executives. Upper management actually cares about your success. The best part is that there is no ceiling for your financial growth.

      Pros

      I'm writing this review as someone who just finished the sales rep training. I genuinely say after this experience I'm much more competent and confident heading into the sales field. The training consists of a 5 week training course and throughout the 5 weeks we have gone through a step by step analysis of the entire sales process. In addition the content provided my company, the content provided by the other trainees really help mold me into a better salesman. I felt as if I was in an MBA class on sales.

      Cons

      The biggest cons on the sales training program is performing in front of the group rather than on an individual level. We would often role play in front of our 20 other trainees and I feel that was a more difficult simulation of the sales process. With that being said, this hold value as we can watch other people and critique from an outside point of view.

      Pros

      This company takes care of their employees!!! A culture unlike any other place that you will work. Though Paycom is a large company, you will not get lost in the midst of everyone else.

      Cons

      Can be a low starting salary, BUT if you are willing to work hard and show your worth then you will be rewarded!
