We are incredibly fortunate to have an outstanding group of employees and for that reason, we give perks and benefits that exceed what most businesses offer. We listen and react to employee feedback. This year we implemented a number of innovative ideas given to us by our employees. Last year, we increased our PTO schedule as a result of their feedback. Regarding our leadership, we host routine trainings for everyone in a leadership position and we do this to ensure each team leader has the knowledge and tools to create a positive and cohesive atmosphere. We hope that you gave tangible examples of the negative comments you mentioned in your exit interview so we can take action. Lastly, our employees have provided feedback that they love getting an all-expense paid mini-vacation for our Year End Party. We appreciate your five years of service for Paycom and wish you the best in future endeavors.

Paycom really appreciates their employees and you can feel that by the way they treat them. Wonderful place to work!

Cons

The location makes it hard to get out and back for lunch in an hour, good thing they have a cafeteria!

Pros

Though this is a fairly large company, it hasn't forgotten it's humble beginnings and down-home attitude that is found in it's headquarters' state-Oklahoma! Wonderful attitude by pretty much everyone, and the executives are actually present, working with the other employees, which shows their commitment to positivity and growth.

Cons

There isn't really a position that wouldn't be considered moderate to high-stress, but it honestly doesn't seem to be as much of an issue when you're working in such a positive place.
