The make money

Pros

They pay well, it seems very fun, and they give you loads of branded merchandise. They throw a big party every year. Lots of things to keep the wool over your eyes.

Cons

They will fire you. The turnover is through the roof. They care about money, and making more of it. You can do that, or be pushed out of the train.

Great Company In OKC - Maybe Not the Best in DFW

Pros

Great for just graduated college students, though most positions within the operations side does not require a college degree. Healthcare for employees is only $1 (not including vision or dental). This company really does try it's best to keep it's employee's happy. Great training. Pay is competitive for OKC, however not really in the DFW area.

Cons

Extremely slow rise within the company to anything above a Senior Specialist (especially for those working in the DFW operations location).

Pay, time off, health insurance, $4 lunches, culture, monthly luncheon. There are just a few of the things that make Paycom great

Cons

There aren't really any cons of working at Paycom. They require a lot of their employees but give you clean defined ways of reaching the goals
